I started The Filipino Radio Program in June 1998 which is nearly 10 years ago

Reason for getting in to radio?:

I started the program for my Filipino Community who felt left out.  For a long time, I have been here in the Latrobe Valley and felt the Community was missing an opportunity to be heard.  There were other Ethnic Communities who had radio programs of their own, but no news for the Filipino Community other than SBS which had show every morning. Therefore, we now have a Filipino program on Gippsland FM hosted by yours truly where you can hear the latest news, current affairs and music.  There are many people who tune in to our program and it is my role to make sure they are satisfied and fully entertained.  Just give me a ring during the program on 5134 8444. You never know, you may be able to be our next host!

Personal Likes:

Too many to mention.  I like who understand and not be judgmental.  Liking you for what you are.  I like respectful and honest people with a heart for the Community.

Personal dislikes:

Well, I can say I don't like people who think only about themselves and take every opportunity to use power for their own personal interest.  I don't like bullies and self-centered people and these people make me sick.

Favourite Music:

Latin music and Samba.

Hobbies:

The radio program is one of my weekly hobbies.   Cooking every day is another.
